8. Security Cameras, Event Photos, and Venue Media
Exterior security cameras may record entrances, parking areas, pool areas, and outdoor common areas for safety and property protection. Cameras are not intended for restroom interiors or other areas where privacy is reasonably expected.
We may use non-identifying images of décor or venue setups for business and marketing purposes unless the responsible booking party opts out in writing before the event. Recognizable guest images will not intentionally be used for advertising without permission when permission is legally required.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to manage inquiries and reservations, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the venue, and satisfy legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No website, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
