Important: Submitting a form, requesting a date, receiving pricing, or discussing an event does not guarantee availability or create a reservation. A date is confirmed only after Oasis Cove ATL approves the event and receives all required signed documents and payments.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By visiting this website, submitting information, communicating with Oasis Cove ATL, requesting a tour or date, or purchasing venue services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit a request.

2. Venue Operator

Oasis Cove ATL is operated by Millionaire Boyz Club Inc. d/b/a Oasis Cove ATL. The venue is located at 3988 Grant Drive, Douglasville, Georgia 30135.

3. Website Information and Availability

Website descriptions, images, package details, pricing, availability statements, inclusions, and promotional offers are provided for general information and may change. Photos may show optional décor, vendor services, layouts, furniture, lighting, or add-ons that are not included in every package.
We may correct errors, revise information, update package requirements, refuse or limit requests, and discontinue offers at any time. The final approved reservation documents control your specific booking.

4. Event Inquiries, Review, and Reservation Approval

Every request is subject to availability and venue review. We may consider event type, total attendance, vehicle count, timing, alcohol, vendors, entertainment, security, weather planning, property impact, and compliance requirements.
A reservation is not confirmed until the required agreement is signed and the required reservation deposit or other stated payment is received. We may decline an event request that does not fit venue operations, safety requirements, neighborhood considerations, insurance requirements, or private-event restrictions.

5. Private, Invitation-Only Events

Oasis Cove ATL accepts approved private events only. Promoter events, ticketed events, paid public admission, open-invite parties, resale or transfer of a booking, and public advertising intended to attract unknown attendees are prohibited unless the Venue gives specific written approval and all required permits and licenses are obtained.

6. Pricing, Deposits, Payments, and Additional Charges

Current website pricing is subject to package availability, date, season, event details, upgrades, staffing, vendor needs, insurance, taxes, fees, and approved add-ons. The invoice or reservation confirmation states the final charges for a specific event.
Unless the written reservation documents state otherwise, the reservation deposit is nonrefundable and is applied toward the venue rental fee. Remaining balances, security or damage deposits, staffing charges, and add-ons must be paid by their deadlines. Late or failed payment may be treated as client cancellation and may cause the date to be released.
Guests are responsible for authorized overtime, damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, unauthorized attendance, parking violations, emergency charges caused by misconduct, and other amounts allowed by the signed agreement.

7. Cancellations, Date Changes, Weather, and Venue Unavailability

Cancellation and date-change rights are governed by the invoice, booking confirmation, and signed rental agreement. Unless Oasis Cove ATL agrees otherwise in writing, the reservation deposit is not refundable.
Weather does not automatically create a refund right. When Oasis Cove ATL determines that forecasted or actual weather makes an outdoor event unsafe or materially impractical, the Venue may offer a one-time transfer to the next mutually available date under the conditions in the signed agreement. A client who chooses to proceed after being offered or advised to use that weather option may forfeit the option.
If the Venue cannot provide the property because of casualty, mandatory government action, utility failure, property damage, condemnation, or another circumstance beyond reasonable control, available remedies are determined under the signed agreement.

8. Guest Count, Total Capacity, Vehicles, and Parking

Your selected package must cover every person on the property, including the booking party, guests, children, DJs, decorators, caterers, bartenders, photographers, entertainers, vendors, security, planners, and staff. The maximum property capacity is 100 total persons.
Vehicle count must match the confirmed package. Onsite parking is limited to a maximum of 40 vehicles unless a different arrangement is approved in writing. Unauthorized street parking, neighbor-property parking, blocked driveways or mailboxes, and unapproved overflow parking are prohibited.

9. Vendors, Setup, Décor, Food, and Event Plans

Outside vendors may be allowed with advance approval. The booking party remains responsible for each vendor’s conduct, licensing, insurance, arrival, parking, setup, cleanup, and rule compliance.
Tents, stages, inflatables, generators, cooking equipment, heaters, fog machines, special effects, temporary structures, and electrical installations require advance written approval. Permits, inspections, fire-retardant certificates, and professional installation may be required.
Nothing may be attached to trees, fences, structures, turf, pool equipment, or finished surfaces without approval. Confetti, glitter, rice, water beads, silly string, and other difficult-to-remove materials are prohibited unless approved in writing.

10. Pool Use, Minors, Alcohol, Smoking, and Safety

Pool use is at the participant’s own risk. No lifeguard is provided unless separately contracted in writing. Responsible adults must actively supervise minors and non-swimmers. Running, pushing, glass containers near the pool, intoxicated swimming, and unsafe diving or equipment are prohibited.
Alcohol may be possessed or consumed only by guests who are at least 21 years old and able to present valid government-issued identification. Alcohol may not be sold without all required licenses, permits, approvals, and the Venue’s prior written consent. Oasis Cove ATL may require a licensed bartender, liquor-liability coverage, security, and a last-call time.
Smoking, vaping, cigars, hookahs, and similar products are not allowed on turf. Smoking is limited to the Venue-designated poolside smoking area.

11. Prohibited Conduct and Venue Enforcement

Weapons, firearms, illegal substances, fireworks, explosives, unapproved open flames, fighting, threats, harassment, vandalism, reckless conduct, unauthorized drones, and activity that risks injury, property damage, police response, or neighbor disturbance are prohibited. Pets are prohibited, subject to applicable service-animal law.
Oasis Cove ATL may inspect the event, refuse entry, remove persons or prohibited items, stop alcohol or music, suspend pool use, contact emergency services, or end the reservation without refund when it reasonably believes a rule, law, permit condition, safety direction, occupancy limit, parking limit, or private-event restriction has been violated.

12. Website Content and Intellectual Property

The website, branding, text, graphics, package names, photographs, videos, logos, layouts, and other content are owned by or licensed to Oasis Cove ATL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial event-planning purposes. You may not copy, scrape, republish, sell, frame, modify, or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

14. Third-Party Platforms and Links

The website may connect to payment processors, booking platforms, form services, maps, social networks, and vendor sites. Those services are independently operated. Oasis Cove ATL is not responsible for their availability, content, data practices, fees, or performance.

15. Website Disclaimers

16. Limitation of Website Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oasis Cove ATL and its owners, managers, employees, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from website use, inability to use the website, reliance on general website information, or third-party services.
Event-related risk, releases, indemnification, damage responsibility, and liability limits are governed by the signed rental agreement and applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Oasis Cove ATL and its owners, managers, employees, agents, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the website, your material breach of these Terms, or content you submit. Event-specific indemnity obligations are stated in the signed rental agreement.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Georgia law. Any court proceeding concerning these Terms must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction serving Douglas County, Georgia, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Before filing a non-emergency claim, the complaining party should provide written notice and allow ten business days for good-faith discussion.

19. Entire Understanding and Order of Priority

These Terms and the Privacy Policy govern general website use. For a confirmed reservation, the later signed addendum controls first, followed by the signed rental agreement, reservation summary, invoice, and then general website or platform language. Oral statements do not modify signed booking documents.
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be narrowed or severed while the remainder continues. Failure to enforce a provision once is not a waiver. We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version with a new effective date.
